মুক্তি পেল বাংলা ছবি 'এবার শল্যজিত' এবং 'পাঁচ কয়েদি' -র পোস্টার আর ট্রেলার
টলিউডে জোড়া সুখবর! মুক্তি পেল যুগ্ম পরিচালক তুহিন সিনহা ও রাহুল পরিচালিত বাংলা ছবি 'এবার শল্যজিত' এবং অপরদিকে পরিচালক টুটুল ব্যানার্জি-র পরিচালিত বাংলা ছবি 'পাঁচ কয়েদি' -র পোস্টার এবং ট্রেলার। শুত্রুবার কলকাতায় অবস্থিত গড়ফা মেইন রোডের এক অনুষ্ঠান গৃহে আয়োজিত এই অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন দুই ছবির পরিচালক তুহিন সিনহা, রাহুল, টুটুল ব্যানার্জি সহ সঞ্জয় সিনহা, সবিতা পাল, পায়েল , ঈপ্সিতা ভট্টাচার্য্য, মৌসুমী সিং, লোকেশ ঘোষ, দেবা, সান্তনা বোস এবং অন্যান্য কলাকুশলীরা।
'এবার শল্যজিত' ছবির সংক্ষিপ্ত কাহিনী এরকম- ভোরে শরীর চর্চা করার সময় পরিচয় হয় সৌম এবং শল্যজিতের । এদের দুজনের মধ্যে যখন বন্ধুত্ব জমে উঠেছে ঠিক তখনই খুন হয় সৌম। পোস্টমর্টেম রিপোর্টে জানা যায় বিষক্রিয়ায় মৃত্যু হয়েছে সৌম্যর। এরপর গল্পে আসে এক নতুন মোড়। সৌম্যর মৃত্যুর রহস্যের দায়িত্ব নেয় গোয়েন্দা শল্যজিত। এই খুনের পিছনে রয়েছে কোন রহস্য ? জানতে হলে আর কিছুদিন অপেক্ষা করতে হবে দর্শকদের। খুব শীঘ্রই সমস্ত প্রেক্ষাগৃহে মুক্তি পেতে চলেছে রহস্যে ভরপুর বাংলা ছবি 'এবার শল্যজিত'।
'ফেলুদা', 'ব্যোমকেশ', 'শবর','কাকাবাবু'-র পর আবার বড় পর্দায় আসছে গোয়েন্দা কেন্দ্রিক ছবি। টান টান উত্তেজনাময় এই ছবির মুখ্য চরিত্রে অভিনয় করেছেন সৌমিত্র চট্টোপাধ্যায়, মাধবী মুখোপাধ্যায়, সুব্রত ব্যানার্জি, সঞ্জয় সিনহা,। এছাড়াও এই ছবিতে অভিনয় করেছেন মৌসুমী সিং,সবিতা রায়, দিব্যেন্দু শেখর দাস, প্রীতম, পায়েল, ঈপ্সিতা ভট্টাচার্য্য। গোয়েন্দা চরিত্রে নয় এই ছবিতে এবার খলনায়কের ভূমিকায় দেখা গেছে অভিনেতা সৌমিত্র চট্টোপাধ্যায়কে। ছবির কাহিনী এবং চিত্রনাট্য লিখেছেন যুগ্ম পরিচালক তুহিন সিনহা ও রাহুল। সঙ্গীত পরিচালনা করেছেন নির্ভীক গোস্বামী এবং প্রযোজনা করেছেন সঞ্জয় সিনহা। চিত্রগ্রহণের দায়িত্ব সামলেছেন বিশ্বজিৎ ও রবি এবং সম্পাদনা করেছেন উত্তম রায়। এছাড়াও এই ছবির শিল্প নির্দেশনায় রাজীব পাল। উত্তরবঙ্গ, সিকিম এবং কলকাতায় হয়েছে এই ছবির শ্যুটিং।

In view of this, the BMW Group is consistently advancing its operating strategy for plug-in hybrid models. If cities establish environmental zones for emissions-free driving only, these can be automatically detected in future by means of geo-fencing technology. On entering the zone, the vehicle then automatically switches to purely electric mode. This means that optimum use of the potential offered by plug-in hybrid vehicles is guaranteed – without the driver having to take any special action. This novel operating strategy constitutes a significant additional boost in terms of the potential of plug-in hybrid vehicles to reduce emissions. The increase in the distance covered electrically not only helps optimise efficiency, it also reduces operating costs for the customer. This applies particularly to city traffic, where electric power consistently achieves a higher level of efficiency than a petrol or diesel engine.

In an urban on-demand mobility scenario, a BMW 7 Series impressively demonstrates how high automation (Level 4) can transform the individual mobility of the future.
An empty car, summoned by a smartphone app, drives up to collect its owner. The vehicle can be directed to any preferred pick-up point, with access authentication via smartphone upon arrival.
In Level 4, since occupants no longer have to be directly involved in the driving process, the drive is initiated via an ODM tablet. The destination address is transmitted to the vehicle via the smartphone app in advance and the driving seat remains unoccupied.
Due to safety mechanisms implemented in the vehicle, the drive can only begin once all occupants have fastened their seatbelts. Passengers can spend their time in the car however they wish. One option is simply to enjoy the entertainment system. Vehicle functions can also be controlled this way: Horn, headlight flasher and locking and unlocking doors are typical functions that have been implemented for demonstration purposes. Once the vehicle reaches its destination, the passenger gets out and lets the car park itself.

World Music Day Celebration
On this occasion Rooh Music's 8 years completion, they released the single *Nindya Na Aaye*, an original love song composed penned and directed by Prajna Dutta and sung by Prathama Dey shall be followed by a mixed bag of performances by some of Kolkata’s most promising independent talents from the field of music, poetry and dance.
The event was graced by Amitava Bhattacharya (Actor), Sayani Palit (Singer), Nitesh Sharma (Producer), Tomojyoti Mukherjee (CEO Rooh music).
Anshul Mishra carded the best round of the day with a well-compiled 75 to lead the Category D event at the end of the first round of the Milky Moo RCGC Challenge here at the Par 72 Royal Calcutta Golf Club.
Prashant Agarwal is placed second nine strokes behind at 84 followed by Vivaan Bhandari and Aashrut Almal in tied third placed a further fourteen strokes behind.
Joysurjo Dey leads the Category A & B event after he shot an 80. He leads the duo of Aryav Shah & Garv Lakhmani three strokes behind tied at 83 with Ramayush Ray in sole fourth a further stroke behind. Saquib Hussain is fifth at 85 with Guhrmehr Bindra (87) trailing still within a shout of winning the event. Except Joysurjo, the top six is filled by Category B boys.
Category C is led by Rishi Biswas and Viranca Poddar who shot contrasting 89s. Aditya Khaitan is one stroke behind in third. Rishi carded four birdies, the most for the day but couldn’t maintain consistency through his round.

CASIO Conducts 'Surgical Strikes' Against Sellers of Counterfeit Products

Lopamudra Mandal, former Miss Kolkata and Mrs India IAB 2018 First Runner Up, curated yet another spectacular exhibition, the first Highstreet Market Via Moda of 2019 fusing fashion, art, lifestyle and entertainment, all under one roof on Tuesday, June 18th at JW Marriott in Kolkata. The event featured 50 exhibitors and designers from all over the country displaying jewellery, skincare products, accessories, handbags, purses and more. Different designers across the nation had set up their stalls exhibiting sarees, dresses, ethnic wear for both men and women and even childrens wear. Tarot card readers were present, along with other counters including gastronomy, active food counters, bakery stalls, lbar and a lot more.
Apart from this, the event also held multiple contests, acknowledging the visitors with different titles, ranging from best dressed woman to the best skin and hair, to the most stylish Plus-size lady, all of whom were awarded by the eminent judges and personalities present in the event. KHUTI PUJA at Mohammad Ali Park
Youth Association of Mohammad Ali Park heralded the autumnal ritual with the Khuti Puja on Monday 17th june , to mark the start of Durga puja proceedings this year located at Mohammad Ali Park, near MG Metro station. Youth Association of Mohammad Ali Park is one of the eye catcher puja of the city for its innovative concept and celebration style. This Puja is particularly famous for its unique style of pandals and also for the social work which the committee carries out throughout the year.
The occasion was glittered by the presence of various eminent personalities like: Sri. Tapas Roy,Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs; Smt. Smita Bakshi, MLA;Sri. Sanjay Bakshi, Ex MLA; Smt.Rehana Khatun, Councillor & many others.
With Khuti Puja happening all over the city and Dhaks playing alongside, Youth Association of Mohammad Ali Park marked the heralding of the Durga Puja with the presence of these renowned personalities. Youth Associationof Mohammad Ali Park takes immense pride to celebrate the51st year with much opulence and creativity. The Committee has always tried to create a niche amongst all contemporary pujas by bringing about uniqueness through the concept and in the thought process that goes into the festivity like pandal creation, idol, ambience, safety and communal harmony. Youth Association of Mohammad Ali Park has been known for its state of the art presentation over the years and hopefully this year will be even grander.

ANUBHAV - FIGHT FOR JUSTICE” is a pro-family NGO that focuses on issues related to human rights & unquestionable right of children to remain connected by both biological parents.
‘Anubhav’ is celebrating the International Father's Day (that falls on 16th June) by organising various types of social events:-
On 15th June- Distribution of of education items, utensils, food & sweets to the poor Orphanage Children of St. Elizabeth School, Thakurpukur, Kolkata
On 16th June- Organise a Eye Testing Camp & Free Distribution of Glasses for the poor people of Mathertala Slum, Golf Gardens, Tollygunge, Kolkata .
On 16th June- Blood Donation Camp in association with Behala Abhyudoy Club.

Awareness Build-up about Shared Parenting by “ANUBHAV - FIGHT FOR JUSTICE”
International Father's Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June each year to honour the contributions of fathers, grandfathers, step fathers and all men who enact as father figure. This year International Father's Day is on June 16th, 2019.
In India, custody rights are often rewarded to the mother in lieu of any law calling for joint custody rights. The visitation rights of the fathers are often violated and the child in dispute ends up as a tool to settle scores with. Almost in no cases, the mother is penalised for such conduct. As a result, the father becomes only a provider, not a nurturer. A number of studies regarding the role of father in a child's
life reveal that to lead a mentally and physically healthy life, a child must have both of the parents in his/her life, But the sad reality is far from it.
“ANUBHAV - FIGHT FOR JUSTICE”, a renowned social organization who fought for the protection of Men's right since long, has decided to put forth the following demands:-
1. Custody should be based on taking in account the financial, mental and physical conditions of the parents, regardless of the age, sex and religion of the child. Any biased presumption should be discarded. The parent not having custody of the child should not be moved aside. Instead a joint parenting plan should be outlined at the time of awarding custody based on agreement of the parents and both parents should adhere to it strictly. If any parent fails to do so, he/she should be penalized. 'ANUBHAV' support shared parenting.
2. The disparity between Guardianship & Wards Act and Hindu Maintenance & Guardianship Act regarding the position of the father while considering custody rights should be resolved.
3. If both the parents are working, child support must be shared by both of them instead of the father alone. The financial status of both the parents and their involvement in sharing the cost of upbringing the child must be taken into account for this purpose so that a loving father does not lose the right to be in his child's life just because he is not financially sound.

Hello Kolkata Excellence Award' for 'Institute of Innovative Creation'

Hello Kolkata Socio-Cultural Fiesta' at Birla Planetarium on 10th June eve witnessed the poster launch of 'SIXER.....', an AV album to commemorate the ongoing Cricket World Cup.
'SIXER.....' captures the frenzy, fantasies and hyper-imagination of a Cricket Crazy Nation, that now also rules the world in terms of on-field supremacy and off-field power & prestige, remarked the director Asish Basak. The lyrics are fast-paced, in sync with undulations of a riveting cricket match in progress. The shooting is being done across Kolkata, including various sports clubs and localities.
'SIXER.....' is presented by 'Daffodil Incorporate' (a premier Event Management Concern) and 'Hello Kolkata' (3D News, Films & Events). Sweta Sureka wins 'Phoenix Excellence Award'
Sweta Sureka, eminent intellectual and life coach, was presented with 'Phoenix Excellence Award' on 10th June eve at Birla Planetarium by renowned designer Annie Jain, one of the mentors of 'Hello Kolkata Style Icon' and Mr. S. Roy (Dy. Dir. Gen., MCCI).
Asish Basak (Editor-Director, Hello Kolkata) remarked that such an award will motivate others to work with more dedication and sincerity, which in turn will lead to holistic development of our society.
Noble Initiative for Social Welfare
On 9th June eve, ’Kalidham Unnayan Samiti' had organised a socio-cultural ceremony - 'Rabindra Nazrul Jayanti' at Gorabazar Kalidham.
Mr. Amit Basu Roy Chowdhury, the Secretary of ‘KOLKATA ALOR DISHA Welfare Society’, an upcoming social welfare organization, had supported the event and had collaborated with them. Secretary of 'Kalidham Unnayan Samiti' Mintu Chowdhury Arranged the entire Ceremony. They distributed sarees to needy women, tiffin boxes, books, copies, pencils and food packets to poor children to support their needs. The items were donated by generous people like Niladri Sarkar (President of Rotary Club), Amit Basu Roy Chwodhury and a few 'Kolkata Alor Disha' members.
Several talented artists had sung and recited well to delight all the people present there.
A host of dignitaries like Ms. Piyali Basu Roy Chowdhury, Ms. Julie Saha, Dr. Saheli Roy Chowdhury, Mili Das and other were also present to support this noble initiative.
