Section 2nd of the protection of human Right Act., 1993 defines human rights those rights which are relating to life , liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guranted by the constitution or embodied in the international covenants and enforceable by courts in india.
Domestic Violence means act, omission or commotion of the respondent. It also includes causing physical abuse, sexual abuse , verbal and emotional abuse.
