'Hello Kolkata Style Icon 2019'

 'Hello Kolkata Style Icon 2019' came to a fitting conclusion on 28th Dec. eve at Calcutta Press Club. This is a Talent Hunt initiative that recognizes and rewards an individual for his/her dedication, perseverance and outstanding contribution for holistic development of our society, informed Asish Basak, Editor-Director, 'Hello Kolkata' (3D News, Events and Films).

     'Hello Kolkata STYLE ICON 2019' winners are Sangita Sinha (HK Glam ICON), Jayashree Khara (HK Youth Icon), Boby Mondal (HK Screen Icon) and Dipa Sharma (HK Make-Over Icon).

    Special awards were presented to child artist Shilpi Naru, eminent video editor Nandita Mandal, tabla player Dibyendu Pal, socialites Farooque Malik, Suchismita Roychowdhury, Sk. Raja and Sam Kapoor. 

      Four very talented and promising actors Sagar Thapa, Divya Mitra, Manish De and Tanima Singha Roy were also awarded with 'Hello Kolkata Most Promising Entertainer Award', for their wonderful role in 'PLAYER Season 1'.

    The program also witnessed felicitation of a host of dignitaries like Pt. 'Hello Kolkata STYLE ICON 2019' -- an ALL-Inclusive Talent Hunt (to promote the differently-abled) witnessed a Grand Final on 12 Dec. eve at Saturday Club, Calcutta.

DIGI VIVA- A NEW DIGITAL PLATFORM

DIGIVIVA', a one-stop digital strategising solutions platform, was formally unveiled at Saturday Club, Calcutta on 12th Dec. The star-studded launch witnessed a brief interactive session moderated by Ayanjit Sen, Founder of DIGIVIVA, on the unending scope of digital promotions in all aspects of life and applicable for all sectors of our society.     DIGIVIVA is the first of its kind venture for Ayanjit Sen, who is a very respecetd senior journalist. He had worked for such front-line media like BBC, CNN, India Today Group, Times Now and ABP. He has been associated with digital and television for nearly two decades. He has done his Masters in Journalism Studies from Cardiff University, UK.   Ayanjit Sen is now a Bollywood film producer and is the Managing Director of 'La Pelicula Motion Pictures'. He has won several international and national awards for Digital Content and has also been recently conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by the Nelson Mandela University (South Africa) for Digital Content Strategy.

 ভালোবাসায় প্রেমিক প্রেমিকাকে ফিরে পেতে ধর্না যেন একটা ট্রেন্ড হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। প্রেমিকার বাড়ির বাইরে ধরনা দিয়ে প্রথম দৃষ্টান্ত স্থাপন করেছিলেন জলপাইগুড়ির অনন্ত বর্মণ। ছেড়ে যাওয়া প্রেমিকাকে ফেরৎ পেতে প্ল্যাকার্ড হাতে প্রেমিকার বাড়ির সামনেই ধর্নায় বসেছিলেন তিনি। প্রেম ফেরানোর সেই যুদ্ধে অবশ্য প্রেমিকেরই জয় হয়েছিল। সেই প্রেমিকাকেই বিয়ে করেছিলেন অনন্ত। এবার একই পন্থা অবলম্বন করলেন বাঁকুড়া জেলার বিষ্ণুপুরের যুবক রকি।

স্থানীয় সূত্রে জানা গেছে, আজ মঙ্গলবার দুপুর থেকে শহরের কাটানধারের বাসিন্দা ‘প্রেমিকা’ তনুশ্রী ঘোষের বাড়ির সামনে ধর্ণায় বসলেন কুরবান তলার রকি রজকের। হতভাগা প্রেমিকের দাবী, তাদের দু’জনের মধ্যে দীর্ঘ ন’বছরের সম্পর্ক। গত অক্টোবর মাস থেকে তাদের সম্পর্কের অবনতি ঘটে। এখন প্রেমিকা তনুশ্রী ঘোষে তাকে বিয়ে করতে রাজী না হওয়ায় সে ধর্ণায় বসতে বাধ্য হয়েছে।

 ‘প্রেমিকার বাড়ির সামনে প্রেমিক ধর্ণায় বসেছে’ খবর মুহুর্তের মধ্যেই ছড়িয়ে পড়ে এলাকায়। এরপর প্রচুর মানুষ ভীড় করেন। মুহূর্তের মধ্যে বিষয়টি সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ‘ভাইরাল’ হয়ে যায়। খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছায় বিষ্ণুপুর থানার পুলিশ। যদিও ‘প্রেমিকা’ তনুশ্রী ঘোষের মা মালতী ঘোষ রকির দাবী সম্পূর্ণ অস্বীকার করেছেন। তার দাবী, তার মেয়ের সঙ্গে ঐ যুবকের কোন সম্পর্ক ছিলনা। শুধুমাত্র বদনাম করার জন্যই সে এইসব কাণ্ড করছে।

গত ১৪ ই নভেম্বর দিল্লির জহর লাল নেহেরু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে বাংলার যুগপুরুষ স্বামী বিবেকানন্দের মুর্তি ভাঙ্গা কে কেন্দ্র করে উত্তাল হয়ে বাঙালি সমাজ। এদিন শেক্সপিয়ার শরনীতে এক প্রতিবাদ সভার আয়োজন করে সঙ্ঘের রাজ্য শাখা,উপস্থিত ছিলেন রাজ্যসভার সাংসদ স্বপন দাশগুপ্ত, স্বস্তিকা পত্রিকার সম্পাদক রন্তিদেব সেনগুপ্ত এবং ডঃ জীষ্নু বসু মহাশয়, ডিজিটাল গুরু অয়নজিত সেন ও তীব্র আক্রমণ শানান। তিনি এই বর্বতার প্রসঙ্গে বলেন যাঁর আদর্শে আদর্শিত হয়ে ভারতের যুব সমাজ দেশ কে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে, এমনকি আমাদের প্রিয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি ও আদর্শিত। তাঁর মূর্তি তে আক্রমণ কে তিনি ধিক্কার এবং আক্রমণ কারীদের অবলা ও মূর্খ, এদেরকে ক্ষমা করে সুশিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত করে তুলে তুলতে হবে।

FPAI Seminar and Socio-Cultural Awards

Family Planning Association of India had held an interactive seminar on the importance of Safe Abortion methods on 11th Nov eve. Supratip Mazumder, Kolkata Branch Head of FPAI, moderated the discussion wherein such erudite speakers as Tarun Sen, (CPDHR Gen. Secy), Bangladeshi filmmaker Jibon Sahadat and Asish Basak, Editor-Director, 'Hello Kolkata' put forth their views on Family Planning.

       Internationally acclaimed music maestros Sarod Baba and Gayaki Mata were also felicitated during the program for their initiative 'Music for Peace'.     

Ayanjit Sen - The new Bengali 'Digital Guru' of India

Ayanjit Sen has come out as a Bollywood Producer lately after establishing a company - 'La Pelicula Motion Pictures' which has already made two films - 'Daayra' and 'Blue Lies'.

   He has already been acknowledged in the digital field in India and abroad winning several awards. He has plans to contribute in a big way for a 'Digital Bengal' which can create more jobs for the youths.
